  I'm travelling to Dubai on a regular basis and I am a loyal guest of InterContinental hotels all around the world. I was quite happy to have the opportunity to experience the InterContientnal Dubai Festival for it's first night of operation. Even though some outlets and facilities were not open, the service was impecable and the food at the restaurant was excellent.
  
  The waterfront location makes it very peacefull in a chaotic city like Dubai and yet it is easy to access from Business Bay and the Airport. I will definately stay there next time I'm in Dubai.
